Is new food labeling system necessary?

<Food labeling과 calorie counting에 대해>

  • expended: used up

That depends on the length of your journey and how much energy you expended – or used up.

  • burn off: use
  • dense: tightly packed
  • informed: made on an understanding of the facts

 I like to make an informed choice about what I put in my body.

  • see at a glance: understand something immediately
You can see at a glance which pizza on the supermarket shelf is better for you.
  • icon: simple picture
  • think twice: think carefully about doing something before you do it
  • tool: strategy; something you use to accomplish a task
  • put on weight: gain weight

That's fine so long as you are clear about how active you need to be to eat what you do and not put on weight.
